The operator of the high pressure vessel shall stand on the side of the air valve connecting pipe and slow down the operation to prevent the air flow from blowing out and hurting people. Industrial gas operators need to have relative gas knowledge points, be familiar with safe operation procedures, and have experience in dealing with accidents; In case of leakage during use, the cause of gas leakage shall be found quickly, and the gas can be used again after troubleshooting.

The gas cylinder shall be far away from the heat source, and the safety distance shall be more than 3m, so as to ensure that the temperature of the container is lower than 40 ℃, which can ensure the safety. The mobile gas cylinder shall not hold the valve handle to prevent potential safety accidents caused by misoperation. High pressure vessels shall not be knocked randomly to avoid vibration. When using the end paragraph, pay attention to the need to close all valves, including pressure reducing valve and bottle valve; Be careful not to tighten the valve tightly to avoid irreversible damage to the valve, which is difficult to open next time. Operators of the gas consuming unit shall stick to their posts and be conscientious and responsible. When it is confirmed that there is gas in the high-pressure vessel, the inert gas shall be used for internal replacement or evacuation before inspection; The maintenance or cleaning equipment shall also be used to replace the internal residual gas with inert gas such as nitrogen.

When using the gas, the user should pay attention to that the residual pressure in the cylinder should be about 0.5Mpa. All kinds of gas cylinders need to be tested regularly and can only be used after the pressure test is qualified.

Supercritical extraction using CO2 as an organic solvent is a practical technology, which can separate different products and replace traditional handicrafts. Solid carbon dioxide (liquid nitrogen) can be used for diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases, as well as artificial rain drive. The use of liquid carbon dioxide dry cleaners can replace harmful detergents.
